I went there 3 times so far, starting a 10 session package with the owner-instructor Sharyl. She is wonderful. Very knowledgeable, nice, and professional - I have been to other studios in the past (in/around Upper West Side) and quickly recognized that she expects me to work and makes sure I get the most out of every session.
