Oussaden Tours & Travel

I was told by the agency that all of my tickets on a journey including Morocco, Greece and returning from Houston, Texas back to El Paso, Texas, had been issued. Oussaden charged me a higher amount than they had quoted me without the Houston-El Paso segment. Continental Airlines said the Houston - El Paso portion had only been reserved - NOT issued. As a result, I had to pay for another ticket for the Houston-El Paso segment once I arrived back to the US in July. Oussaden stalled for the rest of July, August and most of September. On August 4th, Oussaden promised to send a check to me, on Sept. 23rd actually sent me an email that it had been sent out via regular mail, and I am still waiting for my check... I didn't want to give this business any ""star"" as a rating, but the computer program wouldn't let me send this review w/o at least one star. So be it. One star. more

Oussaden Tours showed us the best travel spots in places we couldn't have found on our own. \r Having contact with the culture & the 'real' people made all the difference for our trip to Morocco.\r A brilliant trip!
