the class on wed 7:45pm is great, like being in an yoga center, the teacher gives variations for both beginners and advanced, a little late but well worth it!

Good Sports Club 6/29/2005

This new york sports location is one of the better ones. They have hours until 11pm on most days. The facilities do look rundown, but they have a lot of equipment and the prices are reasonable. I haven't tried the classes yet, but they seem to be popular more
