Linda's Bra Salon - Upper East Side

Unfortunately this company has the worst business sense and terrible customer service. Though they may have good bras they do not follow through. I ordered a bra and they told me to come and pick it up a week later- then when I called them they said they wouldn't have it for 4 weeks! Yet they still charged my credit card!!! I spoke to Kia who was VERY RUDE, so rude that it prompted me to post this review. I canceled the order and purchased the same bra on amazon for HALF THE COST! I recommend getting fitted for size and make- then order online from distributor- because Lindas will not come through for you. more

The saleswoman spent the entire time just trying to sell whatever they had and didn't care about my needs or size at all. Absolutely terrible experience overall, I will never be going back. more

I'd like to congratulate Linda on the help her colleagues gave me finding a bra that fits after years of wearing the wrong size. I am very heavy busted but have a slim waist. I'd always worn a 40FF bra but had problems when walking or running. Although the bra covered me I was always slipping out. With help from the chatline we worked out I am really a 34N cup. Lindas colleague recommended an Elila bra which while looking a bit serious and was a bit of a surprise at first but the tighter band and fuller cup really work. more

I just went to Linda's after reading the reviews. I got great service and fantastic bras. I am a 32F - not an easy size to find - acutally I thought I was a 34 but they told me I'm a 32. One of the bras I bought was a sports bra - I have never had a sports bra hold me in , but the one I bought does and I just came back from the gym and this bra is amazing! I also got three more bras. I didn't think that after three kids, i could get this great a lift.\r Thanks kimberly! more

One of my co workers recommended Linda's. Being 4 months pregnant, things had started to grow and I was in desperate need of some maternity bras. I certainly came to the right place, I now have some great fitting bras and found my new bra shop for the future more

With the exception of bathing suits I can think of no other more horrifying experience than being fitted for new bras!  I speak from experience having been to two other Westside boutiques years ago where I was treated horribly. This afternoon I could put it off no longer I desperately needed bras and finally had to give in to my anxiety of being ignored or mistreated.  Not so at Linda's. I walked in and my nerves were immediately alleviated. Linda and Kimberly took me without an appointment and assured they could help me without a problem. My fit is not an easy fit but with Kimberly's extensive knowledge, patience and kindness I had new beautiful bras within a half an hour. The customer service here is exceptional. Linda and Kimberly couldn't have been lovelier or more accommodating  they carry every size and style imaginable and yes ladies, bathing suits too!  I cant remember such warmth in an upper east side boutique in years. Their knowledge is only surpassed by their customer service. more

We have lived here for many years but I never noticed the little bra hanging outside Linda'a Upper East Side store! And what a great find! I have never seen so many bras per square foot of space! Kim helped my daughter that afternoon since she was not the easiest fit for the usual stores in the area. Kim was extremely professional, pleasant and sensitive to her needs as was the rest of the staff. Any time I have called the store, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. more

I am telling everyone I know about the great service, selection, atmosphere and convenience of Linda's Bra Salon. I lucked up and found them on line while shopping with my daughter. She needed new bras to accommodate her pregnancy and I had been having trouble finding ones that fit well and were comfortable.\r \r We absolutely came to the right place when we visited Linda's. They took care of my daughter and gave her great advice on what she needed during and following pregnancy. Linda and the women that help her are all fabulous. Linette was my guide and she made me feel at ease right away. She also got me to believe that there was more to my figure than meets the eye when properly supported. The bras were beautiful and plentiful, even in my size (which isn't little) and I was able to buy more than one bra. I am so looking foward to future visits with Linette at Linda's Bra Salon! more

For women who wear a size other than the standard A-DD bra this shop is a must! Even for standard sizes, the selection is fantastic. \r \r I went for a fitting with Linda several months ago and have been thrilled with each bra I purchased. Not only do they fit me perfectly, but they have lasted through washes beautifully. I had the best experience with Linda at Linda's Bra salon. I have always had trouble finding the right bra. Apparently I have been wearing the WRONG size. Not anymore! Everything looks so much better now! Linda has a gift. I highly encourage everyone to go get measured by Linda! more

The bra and panty selection spanned the walls nearly touching the ceiling; the relaxed demeanor of the staff was a refreshing welcome. \r I worked with DANIELLE. She confirmed for me my size (32DD) and listened to my requests. I forget to wear a shirt to better sample the prospective bra (I was in yoga wear). Thankfully, each dressing room comes equipped with a tee-shirt. I needed tee-shirt bras and a nursing bra. She came back with a few molded ones. Although they were cute bras, I wanted something different. She returned with another selection and I adored all of them. I bought all 3; one is being shipped -- they have to take it in a few inches (NO CHARGE TO SHIP OR BRING IN BAND). She then shared that the designer changes her color palette seasonally. I've been so unhappy with my bras lately that I decided to splurge for a slightly pricier, fitted bra just this once. The experience was so great that I think I'll just have to budget for the good stuff from now on! I had already known that I'd likely been wearing the wrong size bra my whole life (34C) -- I've now been fitted to a 30DD and couldn't believe how different it felt. So much comfort! So much support! I just walked right in without an appointment on a friday around noon. I was assisted by a very friendly worker named Danielle, who commiserated with me on my unusual bra size and was incredibly helpful when I told her I was on something of a budget. She brought back 7-8 options for me to try on, in lots of colors and styles as well. And she was very honest about the ones that made me look great, vs. the ones that just weren't right for me. We arrived early for my sister's appointment & I did not have one. We stopped in on the chance that maybe they could take us early. They took both of us! \r I was helped by Linette who measued me & gave me a variety of bras like I have never seen. She answered my questions regarding seams without making me feel stupid. \r She showed me an Elomi bra that Iove. It is very supportive & comfotable. In fact she is ordering me a few more!
