Kim's Dry Cleaners

This is the worse place I have ever been too. The clothes were pressed and hung in plastic they were never dry cleaned. I pointed it out to the man and he didn't seem like he was in the mood to argue. I gave them only half of what I was supposed to and left. But they deserve Zero. The shirts were never cleaned. There were 5 shirts. One of them had no stains so they put that one in the front. I was going through the shirts in order (right in front of them). I showed them the one with the stain which happened to be the shirt they put in the back. They are liars. They say they ran it through the machine and offered to run it through the machine again when I refused to pay them whole. I went to another dry cleaner and they were able to take out the same stain. Which was a dot of pizza oil. Kim's Cleaners DO NOT dry clean your clothes. They are liars. They take people's money, press your clothes and hang it up in plastic. I doubt they even have a dry cleaning machine there!!! They should get sued!!! more

I've lived in a few places in Manhattan and Bklyn and always had competent laundry service. (It's laundry. It's a no-brainer.) I decided to try Kim's when I moved to the EV for regular laundry as they were close by. I requested next-day delivery (25+ lbs). Nobody showed, and the 2nd day I was hung up on FOUR times when I tried calling. Every conversation went like this: ""Hello. You want pick up?"" ""No, I was expecting a delivery. My number is---"" ""click."" I finally had to go over there to bring it all home. When I asked about the hang-ups I was told: ""We get prank call. We thought you prank."" As for the clothes? Nothing was folded properly and everything was badly wrinkled. No wonder they're getting prank calls! I paid almost $30 for incompetent, crappy, and rude service. AVOID.
