To heck with the panini 3/17/2006

try the naanini here! Seriously, they are soooo good! They are naan sandwiches, if you're asking. You get a huge amount of bang for your buck here, which is always hard to do yet oh so important. Lunch is my desired time of day to go here, as you can't go wrong with their specials. If you're a vegetarian, you'll be able to fill up here as well. more

Great Place 1/9/2006

If you are ever in the village and are tired of Falafals stop by Indian Bread Co. It has a great menu for very affordable prices. They offer indian wraps which are tortillas filled with either veges, chicken or lamb. They have great indian panini sandwiches which are out of this world. Do try their homemade mago shake and spicey tea. Prices range from 4 to 7 bucks. more

Taste of India to go! 8/15/2005

Good tasting Indian food, fast food style. This little restaurant on Bleecker Street offers non-vegetarian and vegetarian traditional Indian fillings wrapped around freshly made Indian breads such as the naan and parathas. The Vegetable Tandoori Naanini is very tasty, the marinated vegetables in a crispy naan sandwich is incredibly tasty. The aloo paratha is made in the traditional north Indian style. This is feel good fast food! more
