I've been having Julie cut my hair for years now, and boy does she cut hair like no other!....It's always consistent....going to the salon has never been more fun, especially in a place like Dandie. Who knew getting their haircut could be such a lovely time? I highly recommend Julie at Dandie to anyone in need of a fabulous, fantastic hair stylist. Oh yeah, it's perfectly priced just right. Worth every penny. more

I cant say enough about the cut 5/27/2006

Julie is by way the best stylist I have ever been to. I always get stopped with compliments on my new do's. even though I put gel in my hair after the cut, Julie always suggests a more natural pomade and it works as it give me a natural sheen. the shop is clean in every since of the word. I would highly recommend going for a overhaul or consultation. Pros: inexpensive, good vibe, reliable more

The BEST haircut...EVER! 1/24/2006

This place is amazing! I have curly/wavy hair and I can never seem to find a salon that knows how to cut my hair right, but Julie totally nailed it. She pampered me for 3 hours! The color is perfect and the cut is perfect. I work at a trendy boutique hotel in Soho and my co-worker recommended that I go here and now, ALL of us are big fans. Seriously....go here. You won't regret it! Oh, and the assistant is awesome too! more

Unbelievable Haircut and Style!! 7/14/2005

It seems as if I had been to every hair salon in Manhattan. After finding Dandie, I don't have to look any more. I have never had so many compliments after getting my hair done, as I did after Julie colored and cut it. I can't say enough, go there and find out for yourself. I had my hair colored and cut 2 mts ago here and i have to say that my hair still looks great,it grew in fantastic.This style was the best i ever had. I highly think u should check it out.The service is great they offer cappucino and herbal tea,also it is nice and relaxing no loud music.Also the same stylist stays with u the whole time you there,you know when you go to bigger salons the pass u to every stylist like a factory.I hate that in dandie ther all about the client.I had a great experince her and wanted to share with you more
