I really love to work out in Club H because its clean and service is great. Club H opens late, so I have no worries about times. Well the machines and equipments are great and nearly new, I love to spent my time over there, and I believe Club H is the best gym in New York City ever. more

Club H is really a great place to work out. I work out there twice a week. The equipments and facilities all new and everything feel clean, bright, and the atmosphere is really great. The class that Club H provides is also good, and staffs are really friendly. Well I really enjoy my time to work out in Club H, and I believe experience is really different than others. Watch out ! 6/9/2009

Wow, this place is in free fall. Was an excellent place to work out last year, no longer. Sorry. They lowered prices dramatically to increase their member base, which does not really help to improve the experience for long term members. Now, for the first time, one has to wait for machines in the late afternoon. Also, they fired people to cut cost, the cleanliness of the whole gym suffers. Bottom line: Invest your money elsewhere. Cons: Attitude, crowded, unclean more

When I first joined this gym I liked the vibe and enjoyed all the amenities. Since then, oh my, things are getting worse by the day. The level of service is declining rapidly, AC is shut off or too high, it's very humid, personnel has an attitude and doesn't feel like greeting you. Also, sometimes no towels or shower gel :-( It's too bad, I liked this gym :-( Pros: Not crowded, esthetically pleasing Cons: Poor service more

I love when you first join Club H you are immediately given a tour of the gym and you get an assessment by one of the trainers there. Its really nice to be able to get acquainted with a gym before you start actually using it and that’s what the trainers helped me do. I wanted a trainer because I had stopped playing sports competitively and therefore knew I needed to change my workout style. The trainers had great recommendations and really gave me a lot of insight. The workout regiment they prescribed to me was very personal and catered to my likes and dislikes while working out. I really love club H because it’s always so clean and not crowded all the time. It basically has everything you could want from a gym. more

I?ve been going to Club H for a couple months now, mostly using their cardio equipment. The staff is friendly, the equipment is great (personal TVs on the machines!), and the place is clean and neat. more

Club H is just the place I want to be to get back in shape. This fitness club provided me with flexible hours, so I can come in when I have the time. While I?m there, the people keep me motivated. I can feel the results. more

The spinning is amazing, and the class-times are really convenient. The facility is immaculate which made me feel a lot more comfortable with them on the whole. They really stay on-top of their upkeep. more

I stop in here for the spinning in the morning before my office opens. The class is so effective and the location is so close to my office that I have really saved a lot of time by joining. more

Convenient and relaxing 9/8/2008

Now days I actually want to work out during my free time all because of how amazing Club H fitness is. It is open early so I can go before work and get my day on the right track. The waterfalls everywhere and relaxing music puts me in a zone to strap on my running shoes and get in shape!! more
