BEWARE!\r After my threading, I sucombed to the pitch for an eyebrow tint, and now I look like Graucho Marx. I have fair skin, and auburn hair - and they turned my brows black!! They told me they were running to their other location for the ""special"" tint remover, but when they applied that, I realized they were putting nail polish remover on my brows. \r I was there another hour and half while they called everyone they knew, and attempted to bleach my brows. My brows are still black, the skin beneath them thoroughly irritated, and I spent 2 hours there. I am livid.\r I appreciate their attempts to fix it, and I know they were sorry, but they have absolutely no business pushing a service that they have no idea how to perform. \r more

NAZ RUINED MY SUMMER- DON'T GO HERE!! 7/16/2010

I went here yesterday and had a waxing. I told Naz beforehand that I have only had waxings a few times a number of years ago and that I have sensitive skin. She told me they use a special wax that is good for sensitive skin. When I went to bed last night my skin still looked red. I woke up this morning and there are red bumps all over! My skin is very fair and this looks awful! I won't be able to wear many of the clothes that I own! I don't know much about waxing, and Naz PROVIDED ME WITH NO INFORMATION ABOUT WAXING. I have been looking online this morning and found a lot of information, including a number of things to do beforehand. She didn't tell me any of this! I have also found some information to take care of the bumps, but because my skin is sensitive I think it will probably take at least a month for this to go away. So when can I start wearing my summer clothes again- September?! Also, my skin really hurts. It feels like it's burning. Naz should have given me pre-and-post waxing information, but she was too busy being GREEDY. My summer is ruined! =( Cons: Doesn't care about customers. more
