if you like chocolate as much as i do you'll check this place out. it often goes unnotices because its on the lower level of the street in a bit out of the way local. but its worth the detour inside - lots of hommade goodies and the quality is excellent. the shopkeeper is so nice its worth going in just to see her alone more

Chocolat Bla Bla Bla 8/15/2005

This beautiful little chocolate shop located in midtown is both charming and enchanting. Upon entering the store, you are greeted by the lovely shop owner who is as charming as the store itself. She carries a wonderful array of chocolates and treats from around the world. The store is warm and inviting and if you leave with one item, it must be the chocolate covered sunflower seeds. You'll find yourself drawn to this little Hansel and Gretel brownstone time and time again. more

Nicest store In NYC 7/7/2005

This place is great. Down a flight of stairs it's like entering a tiny enchanted land. Usually the owner Lorraine is on the premises and she couldn't be friendlier. The selection is pretty good with all sorts of chocolate and candy all beautifully arranged and displayed. If you are ever going to visit the United Nations drop by this place first. more
