Larry at Aquarius installed ou first tank and has serviced it ever since, for at least 15 years. He is totally dependable. He works neatly and unobtrusively (we're in an office, so that's important to us). He responds promptly to calls for help. He cares about the fish and is sensitive to my concerns for them. His pricing is fair - and worth every penny. I wouldn't change servicer for all the world!! more

Aquarius Aquariums to the Rescue! 7/20/2010

Larry was the first person to answer my call about my sick goldfish, SparticusI had lost about 3 of these little guys and was not about to loose my favorite one! It was time for professional help! Aquarius Aquariums to the rescue, right to my home in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. He assessed the problem very quickly and confidently. He had a very calm demeanor and a very simple approach, which i liked. Within minutes i had a sparkly clean tank. He answered all my questions and taught me how to maintain a happy and healthy tank environment! My fish is on the road to recovery and my water levels have never been better. If you love your fish, but don't love the work of maintaining a tank, then Aquarius is a great option for you. they helped me select a custom tank to fit an odd space in my apartment. i have a saltwater tank and it's a pain to deal with, so i signed up with them and now they come over everyother week and i don't have to touch it . It looks great. perfect!!!! Pros: knowledgable and friendly Cons: pricey,but worth it more

Simply the best service! 8/15/2005

I am so glad that I finally found Aquarius Aquariums. The companies I had used in the past although they seemed fine at first, ultimately were unreliable. My fish often died, with no explaination; and when they lived my fishtank never looked very good. Aquarius has solved all that, providing excellent personalized service, answering my questions and best of all they actually show up when they say they will. Highly recommended!
