I got three items altered here and they ruined every single one. I honestly think the ""tailor"" doesn't know how to sew. Both of my jean hems (Seven for All Mankind, Rock and Republic) were uneven, so that's basically $200 down the drain. I didn't even ask for the original hem!\r

The silk dress I asked to be taken in (a relatively simple task) now has crude stitches along the side. And honestly, I'm wondering whether they actually dry cleaned my pants.\r

If you love your clothes, never EVER take them here to be cleaned or altered. I lost $300 worth of clothes here; I can barely wear them in their current condition.
