I have been the most satisfied client of Ronni Kolotkin's for a few years, yes, years. She has given me perfectly shaped eye brows, a hairfree upper lip and chin, an exquisite bikini line, and now we're finishing up both my legs, upper and lower. I have given myself the greatest luxury: a hairfree existence forever! \r Before I started with Ronni, I consulted with and tried several other elextrologists in the city. No doubt, Ronni's services are THE VERY BEST, in every respect. She is super professional, there is utmost hygiene and you will love her aesthetic pleasantly scented office space. Her staff is rounding up a wonderful team, including the girls at the front desk.\r One word about those disappointed women who left reviews complaining about Yuki leaving and increased rates and such: Yuki will be back, meanwhile enjoy the rest of them, inflation is a reality, deal!\r Be happy you've found this place!!! more

I really appreciate doing business at a place where everyone is so lovely and helpful. I just started\r going to Ronni's for Electrolysis a few month ago and I'm seeing results already. Each person\r that I've seen (and I think I've seen everyone in the staff) has been truly lovely, friendly, skilled and\r caring. The office is clean and pleasant beyond belief. It always smells wonderful when I walk \r into the waiting room. I love coming early for my appointments and reading all the good gossip\r magazines. It's kind of like an oasis in the middle of the chaotic city. Sometimes I think of going\r to Ronni's office just to de-stress! They always have lovely tea and quiet music. My only problem\r is that I'm running out of hair and will either have to come up with a new area to work on or maybe\r I'll just ask if I can just come and visit. They also do massage and great facials. I haven't tried\r a massage yet but am planning to in the near future. If you having any hair you hate call Ronni\r today and get started now. I have been going to Ronni Kolotkin, Inc. for almost a year and I have been thrilled with the results. Everyone at the practice is wonderful. They are fast, professional, timely, and efficient. I mainly see Ronni, but I have also seen Dawn and Hela for appointments and they are also fabulous. The front-desk staff is extremely warm and welcoming, and the ambiance is clean and relaxing. And the best part is -- I am virtually hair-free and the shape of my eyebrows is beautiful. In fact, I have gotten compliments on them from co-workers, friends, and even my mom (who trust me, is not easy to please!) I would recommend Ronni Kolotkin to anyone who is interested in electrolysis and wants lasting, great-looking results. Pros: Great staff, clean and warm aesthetic, fantastic results. I wanted to try Ronni electrolysis, since I thought that my electrolisys woman became a little bit less efficient over the years. ( Keep in mind, I only pay $35/h.) My first appointment was with Down. She is very pleasant, but Extreemely SLOW. In my 15 minutes appointment , she probably removed about 20 hair. But I only felt that she tweezed about 2 or 3 of them. That was pretty good. I decided ti check for my next appointment how the PRO is working ( I mean, Ronni) Well, she is much faster, but she pulls hair out like there is no tommorow. I felt every other hair being pulled out. That is very bad. For 1 hour I ended up paying $145. That is about 4 hours with my electrolysis woman. And trust me , she does much better job. So totally not worth your money. same kind of quality you can gety for much cheaper. And i do not mind to pay more if i get more, but not here. You totally overpaying. I must agree, the place looks nice , clean and relaxing. I am not sure if you want to pay this much for that..... more

As a former client of Yuki at Ronni Kolotkins office, I have to echo the reviewer below mines thoughts. Yuki was at the top of her field and will be sorely missed by her clients. Since her departure, I have seen another associate(heila) and am dissapointed overall with the results; more scabbing, far less precise, more pain involved, and much slower. I have been to 5 other electrologists in the past 25 months. Two of which made horrible scabs and bumps and marks on my skin. Another three which were much more expensive and less efficient/effective. Finally I'm seeing results with Yuki at Ronni Kolotkin Inc.\r Finally someone isn't burning my skin. Finally I'm not spending days trying to treat and cover up my damaged skin. My only regret is that I did not find Yuki first! I wasted so much time and money on the others. Ronni was recommended to me by a close friend and I couldn't be happier with the results. Her work is perfection and the rest of the staff is also fantastic and very professional. I have serious facial hair issues and after years of being advised to see one, I decided to see an electrologist. The first day I met Hila, even still with my doubts, I knew it would be worth it to begin the treatment. She explained everything with care and professionalism. This is about my third treatment and I feel better about my face already and I am hopeful that I will eventually rid myself of this pestful problem. Hila is personable, patient and understanding. I have been seen Yuki at Ronni's office for 6months and I am hair free now!!!!! because of her. \r Yuki is the best electrologist ever!! I had tried some electrologist but I wasn't happy with them. But Yuki is different: she gives me pre and post-treatment advice.\r Her technique always impress me.She is FAST (she is 2 hand technician!), very ACCURATE! and NEVER TWEEZE my hair! It used to take more than 15-20min treatment on my chin with other electrologist, (few of them were so slow to do!!) but It takes less than 10 min with Yuki.so I can do my side of face and chin for 15 min appointment now. She is not only greatest technician but also sweetest person in the world!! YUKI IS MY LIFE SAVER!! I highly recommended to see YUKI today!! I know she is booked so quick (because she is very popular, everybody wants her!!) but that's worth it! You will be happier than ever!!!!!! Thank you very very much yuki. I've had facial hair for a long time and was getting to the point where I was ready to give in to the fact that I will have it forever. Then I decided that my new years resolution would be to get rid of it once and for all, so I went to Ronnie's and met with Hila. She made me feel better about myself in just one session! It's not just about getting rid of the hair, it's about boosting your self-esteem. Hila knows so much about hair removal and skin care that I felt completely at ease. I have been going for electrolysis for a long time. I was going to someone in South Jersey, but when I moved to NY, I needed to find someone good. Unfortunately, I went to a lot of bad places that either left me with marks or scabs that took weeks to go away or seemed to tweeze more than use the current. I am SO happy a friend turned me on to Ronni's. I have been seeing Dawn now for a few times and she is really spectacular! She is so precise and gets the area so clean and no marks the next day! It is so nice to be able to go and get electrolysis and when it's done, no one knows you had it. I'm sure everyone is great who works there, but I would highly recommend going to see Dawn. The hair on my back, neck and shoulders was ruining my life. Period! I was miserable. I waxed and\r got ingrown hairs (not to mention the pain of having the hair ripped out)! They told me my hair would\r thin out but it came back thicker. I had 12 Laser treatments. My hair came back thicker and double\r the original amount. I did some research and learned that Electrolysis was the only way to go.\r I started going to Ronni Kolotkin's place on Fifth Avenue. They told me it would take many hours to\r rid myself of the hair forever. I felt that I had not choice! I would have done anything to get rid of that\r horrible hair. Well, it has taken many hours and a large investment. But, finally something worked.\r I am amazed how great my body looks without all of that hair. This is the best thing I ever did. My\r life is changed. This coming summer I'm finally going to take a share on Fire Island. My only regret\r is that I wasted so much time and money on things that didn't work. I started going to Ronnie about a year ago. She is wonderful. She is professional and knowledgeable, and her staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I actually look forward to my appointments. As for the actual electrolysis, it is very effective. There is some pain, but it really is mild and has nothing to do with Ronnie's technique. I had chin hairs that were coarse, dark, and very annoying. Now they are growing in very light, if at all. I decided to start on the ingrowns under my arms recently. I thought the pain would be excruciating, but Ronnie is truly a pro. I barely feel it. She is so warm and friendly that you're distracted during the session. Even her two small dogs are sweet. \r \r If you are thinking about having electrolysis done, I would recommend Ronnie without a second thought. She truly is a gem. My experience is that this works and it is permanent. I went to Ronni years ago. When I started I had lots of hair on my face and neck. I went twice a week for half an hour, I was determined not to have a beard or mustache. Once I was cleaned up, I only needed occasional 15 minute visits often several years apart(thank goodness Ronni stays in business).
