I agree with the other reviewer re the rude and, frankly, ethically-challenged proprietors. Several years ago, I bought a grandfather clock casement here for $200, with the understanding that if/when the other pieces showed up (they had gotten separated in the shipment to the store), I would pay them an additional $100 for them. I got a call regarding the clock movement a week or so later, and I went in and paid the additional amount. A couple of days later, I got a call that the clock's finial had also shown up. When I arrived to pick it up, the owner refused to give it to me unless I gave them an additional $200! If I could give them zero stars, I would.
