Review content:
Salesman Tommy Coffe was great as well as the top notch installers Omar and Galdino. Clean installation and polite. After that the ball was dropped several times by the office as far as ordering a grill that had been missed a few times, scheduling the proper inspections and such. Thirty days after the install and i still had not received all the rebate forms until i called and asked for them. If I wouldn't have tracked them down myself then how long would have taken them to contact me? Too long in my opinion so I ended up picking them up myself. After $14,000 I shouldn't have to chase down the rebate forms much less thirty days after payment had cleared. I just hope things don't go like this if I should have a problem later.
