Review content:
We reserved a booth for my 30th birthday for 10:30pm. We were told we would have free entry and to just ask for the manager at the door. When we arrived, the doorman said he had not heard of the reservation and told us all to pay. We kindly asked to speak to the manager or owner. He said no and told us to pay. We were furious. The owner finally came out and said they couldn't hold the reservation and we should go elsewhere because we were such trouble-makers. It was an ugly scene - I was in tears and there was yelling... 21 did not keep their word and the door man and owner handled it all terribly. My birthday was ruined. This place does not deserve our/your patronage. And they have the same cover bands all the time anyways!
