Businiess name:  Marjean's Swimland

Review content:
My son had taken lessons at the Y in Santa Paula and then at Ventura. Although all of those teachers were very patient and good with all of the kids my son wasn't progressing as well as I thought that he should. He did cry a few days at first, especially in the cold water in Santa Paula. Even though he had gone through several sessions in warm water in Ventura he never looked forward to it. We then, by chance, re-found Marjean through a mutual friend. My mother, sister-in-law and niece all graduated from Marjean's when she was in Santa Paula decades ago. But then she moved and I never heard about her again. Well there she was teaching in Agoura. So we signed up my then four year old. The first day took about five minutes of prodding but then he was in and felt very comfortable with Marjean. She offered firm love to him and all of the other students to which they appear to respond well. By day two he was swimming to the teacher in the middle of their lane and by the end of the week he was jumping into the deep end and enjoying it. He would ask for more time! We highly recommend her to everyone. For us she is worth the 45 minute + drive to get to her. We are looking forward to working with her during his maintenance program this summer. For their is something special in her "magical water".
