Just went there last night to get some Sesame Shrimps and Seafood Combination plate. The food quality has gotten much better since the last time I have visited (couple months ago). \r
Also, you have to understand that the food is cheap here.. you can't really expect to have the top notch quality of food when you dont pay the top quality money.
Pros: Value / Food Great Service
Cons: Myabe the atmosphere
