I have been going to the same person who is now working at The Lux for many years now. She is great and the atmosphere is very inviting. You get what you pay for and more. I wouldn't change anything about it. I agree it's almost like walking into a Big City Salon.
Pros: They are always updated with the new styles
Cons: I'm always cold in there... maybe need the heat on
