Blue Moon has long been my go to place for Mexican, and I'm lucky to have it right around the corner from me. They make a mean enchilada, as well as a variety of burritos, that go along nicely with the various different flavors of margaritas they make (a must!)
In addition, you can sit outside in nice weather while enjoying your meal. In addition, it's got a very popular bar scene as well, especially for watching sporting or "fun" holidays like Halloween or Cinco de Mayo obviously. Their brunches are also surprisingly good. When you're in the mood for a stuffed omelet, this should be on your list of destinations in which to enjoy one.
