My previous move (not with Flat Rate) was terrible! Not only did they increase their rate once my stuff was all loaded on the truck but they damaged and lost a bunch of my stuff. I filed a claim and was awarded a settlement, but by that time the company was already bankrupt and out of business. Sooo, I was very skeptical of moving companies but went with Flat Rate based on a friend's recommendation. I dealt with Craig Yettra who was EXTREMELY helpful. He was friendly and professional and answered all my paranoid questions with remarkable patience and understanding. He assured me that my rate would indeed be flat, and it was! The crew who did the packing and moving (Sam and Sophian, I think) were also amazing- very fast, friendly, and careful. I could not have been more pleased with this move and will use Craig and Flat Rate for every move I have going forward!

I recently hired Manor moving to help me with my move. They made a stressful experience smooth and easy. The first thing that impressed me about Manor Moving, is that Zvi the owner, personally came to my apartment to make the estimate. In all the years of living in Manhattan and all the moves I've made, this was the first time that the owner has taken the time and care to actually make sure I was being taken care of. The day of my move, the men who came to move me were so wonderful. They were polite and courteous and were extremely careful with all of my belongings. Not only was was the move quick and painless, but the estimate I was given held true at the end of the move. I have already recommended Manor to several of my friends and coworkers and I will use them myself on my next move. You really can't go wrong with this company!

Excellent moving experience. They sent 4 guys who packed up my pretty large bedroom in a few hours and moved me in and helped me unpack into my new place.
Very professional, and pricing is competitive vs. other movers in the city.
I would definitely recommend to friends.

I HAD A PRETTY BIG MOVE LAST MOVE OF MY 3 BEDROOM APT AND I HAPPEN TO SEE TLC ON GOOGLE AND CALLED THEM UP. THE PERSON THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME INFO & EVEN SENT SOMEONE OVER TO ACCURATELY TELL ME HOW MUCH IT WAS GOING TO BE.THE PRICES WERE NOT OUT THE ROOF LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES I CALLED. THANKFULLY THE MOVERS GOT TO MY PLACE ON TIME AND MOVED ALL MY THINGS SAFELY & WITH CARE. WHICH IS WHY I AM TAKING TIME OUT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEM.

Great service and SUPER fast. Very careful with my things but... I hired them to pack my whole apartment so they charged me for the boxes (which is of course expected) however I noticed that they packed things that didn't need packing and the boxes were hardly full so the bill for the boxes was actually higher than that for the service... I was kinda annoyed about paying so much for boxes, especially when they were not even fully packed... I don't think they did it on purpose, but in the speed of things .... well. I'd recommend buying your own boxes if you're having them pack. Otherwise they were super courteous, careful, quick and profession

I wasn?t looking forward to moving my two kids back from Queens to Staten Island. I was thinking there?s no easy way out of this due to the distance and traffic in NYC. What made matters worse was three days before the move my wife was taken to the hospital for emergency surgery for an appendectomy!
I called Frank to notify him of my situation and without hesitation he rescheduled my move. I?m sure he didn?t realize at the time how much he really helped our family.
He set a new date - the crew arrives promptly and carefully boxed all of the items, making this move like a dream come true.
The crew, by the way, were the most courteous and helpful movers I have ever met.
If you?re planning a move, big or small, don?t bother looking any further.
It doesn?t get any better than this!

THE GUYS AT OZ SHOWED UP EARLY AND DID MY ENTIRE MOVE FROM THE UPPER EAST SIDE TO SOHO IN UNDER 3 HOURS. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING FROM WRAPPING TO HELPING ME UNPACK THE HEAVY FRAGILE BOXES. I ONLY WISH I USED THEM FOR ALL MY PREVIOUS MOVES....

Thank you OZ for helping me move. I have moved several times in the past 15 years and the only bad thing is i didn't find you until now. I have used about 6 moving companies and each time it was a NIGHTMARE. Your staff was fast and so nice. They made a grueling process so much easier.

Great services , Seamens Movers team were prompt on arriving, courteous, and very professional and fast. We were impressed at how quickly they worked getting the things out of our apartment .
