THEY SHOULD GET RID STAFF FOR RECEPTION ESPECIALLY THE OLD HAG WHO THINKS SHE STILL YOUNG \r WORST SERVICE

NO good for first time customers 6/22/2007

Lets just say there was no action taken to fix a scheduling screw up that was their fault! To me that means if they are not willing to try to accomodate a new customer it means they are not very good to their loyal customers!!! NO THANKS! So, don't go unless you want to be aggrevated! Pros: Might have had good stylist BUT I will never know because of the idiotic front desk staff! more
