After having a horrible experience at another laser clinic, I was hestiate to try it again. However, Ms. Burks came highly recommended by my friend's doctor so I gave it a shot. Ms. Burks is professional and compassionate. All round an amazing person. I haven't regretted giving laser treatments another try. Pros: No more hairs more

I recieved the best service at Total Laser Center. There was no wait time. everything was explained to me before the procedure. I had no pain, scarring or after affects. I would recommed Total Laser to Anyone that would like Quality service. more

I am not one to write review but often read them. But for Total Laser Center i had to do it. Ms. Shernay is the best. I was so scare of the laser hair removal from comments from others. Then i met with Ms. Shernay and she went step by step with me . She explained every details of the treatment so i knew what to look for. my results are great. my hair on my face is gone and my skin is very very soft and smooth. I love it and i am glad that Ms. Shernay helping me. Thank you Pros: techn is very good Cons: i should have done this a long time ago more

I'm definatlly not the person to write reviews... But this place is amazing! Not only was the young lady honest with me.. She also allow me to come into her office, explain everything to me in detail. And allow me to go home and think about it. I thought long and hard because I had previous treatments that were unsucessful. Well I decided to give Total LaserCenter a try.. Best decision hands down. Not only did Shernay lift my self esteem she also got rid on my hair... I'm glad I decided to go with T.L.C... Thanks Alot!!! Laser??? worth every penny!!! 7/13/2009

I started last fall 2008 I had my legs, bikini and underarms done... let me tell you... it was the best thing I did for myself... I hate shaving and I'm soooo glad I found SHERNAY .. she is very professional, funny and makes you feel so comfortable.. she gave me the best advice and was very honest with me from day one!!! Shernay thank you... your the best in NYC Pros: Best thing I ever done for myself... Cons: NO MORE SHAVING!!! more

Great Experience 7/7/2009

I'm very pleased with the results of my treatment. I've tried other procedures before, but only Total Laser gave me noticeable improvements. After completing my course of treatments, i only need an occasional touch-up. My experience was especially pleasant, due to Shernay's personal and professional traits. She makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the sessions. I've recommended Shernay and Total Laser to my friends and family, and now my daughter is also getting treatments and is happy with her results already. We both wish we knew about it sooner! Best place in Manhattan for laser hair removal 5/11/2009

After more than a year going to another center, I started my treatment at Total Laser Center and in less than 5 sessions all the hairs were gone. The service is excellent. Shernay is friendly, professional and fast. I've never waited more than 5 minutes to get in and she makes the treatment much less painful than it usually is. Maybe it's a bit pricier than some other centers in Manhattan, but it is definitely worth it. I strongly recommend it and will use it again in the future. Pros: Best service and results Cons: Pricier, but it's worth it more

I am very happy with the results of the treatment I got at Total Laser. Sherney was always very professional and flexible with the schedule. In addition she was enthusiast, supportive and explains the entire process very clear to dispel any concerns I had. I strongly recommend Total Laser to anybody. more

Best Laser & Customer Service Around 7/29/2008

I have been going to Total Laser Center for the past 6 months. Shernay is awesome, she is very resourceful and fun. I wasnt sure whether to get a treatment, been to several places but glad that I end up at TLC. The equipment is brand new, results are impressive, customer service and satisfaction totally extraordinary. Wonderful experience...I love it! 7/3/2008

I went in to start my treatments a little nervous because I have a very low pain tolerance. The therapist was really nice which made me comfortable. She discussed the process before we started and her great customer service helped me tolerate the slight discomfort that comes with the treatment. I am LOVING the results and will definetly recommed to everyone I know ( and even people I don't know that look like they need it :p ) I took tons of her cards to pass out!!! knowledgable and GREAT customer service 7/3/2008

Before going to Total Laser, I went to another laser center to get treatment and was horribly unsatisfied! I was refered to Total Laser by a friend and was a little skeptical about going because of my previous experience. Shernay was very knowledgable of the process and was very good at relaying the information on to me. I am on my 3rd treatment with her and have been totally satisfied with the results so far! I started my hair removal treatment at Total Laser Center some months ago, and the experience has been a total success. My skin is extremely smooth now, with no recurrence of hair growth, no irritation, nothing! I felt very comfortable being treated by Shernay, she's warm and professional and made me feel at ease, and she really is great with scheduling. Great place for laser hair removal 6/13/2008

I was referred to Total Laser Center by my friend who was a patient in the past. I was really pleased with the service and the professionalism of this place. I was treated by Mrs. Shernay Burks whose treatment and cutomer service were outstanding. She made me feel very comfortable and she was very attentive to all my questions and requests. She is a great professional. The treatment was very useful for me. I struggled with shaving for a long time and the treatment helped me to get rid of hair and left my skin smooth, avoiding any irritation. I highly recommend Total Laser Center. I was referred to Total Laser Center by my primary doctor who actually was a patient. I have to say it is one of the best decisions and investments I've made in my life. It has literally changed my life for the best - I no longer worry about waxing, threading or twizzing - the texture of my skin has also improved tremendously. I can not leave this review without mentioning Mrs. Burks who is just GREAT - she explains everything, makes you feel 100% comfortable and is always professional. A great way for Better Self-Esteem 6/10/2008

I have to say that I do not rate things on the internet, BUT I just had too!!! For the past couple of years I had to deal with unwanted facial hair. Thanks to Total Laser and Mrs. Burks my self-esteem has improved. The service here was very professional and friendly. I am very lucky to have had my unwanted hair removed in such a easy way. Great Customer Service 6/10/2008

AWESOME!!! Its one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had recent problems with having my lip threaded and waxed. I was introduced and experienced the laser hair removal on my lip and I have to say it was awesome. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. I also loved the fact that there was no redness or swelling. I was so impressed. The technician was delightful, pleasant, and courteous. She guided me through the process which made me feel so at ease being that it was my first time.
