Marta is a skilled facialist and astute businesswoman. She often gives free facials and will give you everything she thinks your face needs for one reasonable price. I receive smoothbeam laser treatment, but I also get microdermabrasion and a facial each time, for no extra cost. Acne Scars erased 5/16/2006

arta is awesome. She is treating my acne scars with a series of facials, micro-dermabrasion and SmoothBeam laser treatments. Ive only had 3 sessions and already Im seeing that I have softer skin, less acne and my acne scars are starting to fade. Marta gives the most thorough facials Ive ever had. She really spends a lot of time getting out all the blackheads and other gunk Ive accumulated over the years. The micro-dermabrasion and laser treatments work together to sand away the top layer and help stimulate collagen growth- getting rid of my scars from inside and out. The laser doesnt hurt at all. It just feels like a warm sensation and my skin is a little red for an hour or two. The micro-dermabrasion is also painless and my skin glows right away. I can finally stop looking 9/2/2005

Marta's the best - don't waste taking your skin anyplace else in the city. She's conscientious, not trying to push any product and she cares about her clients' skin in a personal way that reminds me of the days when small businesses owners knew, dealt with and remembered each of their customers. Loved the experince 7/6/2005

Marta is just great!!! Loved the space loved the attitude she made me laugh through out most of the session which was very comforting for me since I had made up in my mind that this procedure would be painful. I have visted the office numerous times and have recommended Marta to all my friends and Marta is very very trans-friendly so if your trans looking for a great hair removal specialist than Martas your girl. The women who work here are amazing! 1/6/2003

After a few visits, I'm finally hairless in those problem spots women seem to grow hair. Marta was just amazing -- I had no side effects whatsoever which can be a problem at unprofessional places and I'm smooth and soft. I also felt a bit like a bohemian going to the chelsea hotel. It's a beautiful building. Many of my friends have gone to see them and everyone loves them. I tried another place first, but my skin was red for weeks.
