The Scene
The bright front area screams "sports bar" with its flat-screen TVs, high-backed chairs and wraparound windows; while the low wooden tables, cobblestone walls and DJ booth in the back evoke a hipper, loungy feel. Retro touches, like an old-fashioned cash register and wood-burning stove, mix with more modern stylings, like funky white speakers and electric blue lighting. The effect is visually intriguing if disjointed.

The Draw
The after-work crowd of 20- and 30-somethings appreciate the '80s music and happy-hour deals on beer and sangria. But there's also a special martini list with drinks corresponding to each letter of "redemption." The letter "O," for example, stands for Orange Julius, a smooth, fruity mix of Stoli vanilla, orange juice and pineapple. And just like the bar itself, a full menu of American- and Asian-inspired foods seeks please.
