The SceneA pastoral scene, in which a tree's round leaves somewhat resemble lime lollipops and a waterfall's rapids look suspiciously like vanilla icing, might not be your ideal surrounding imagery for practicing sun salutations. If not, simply lay your mat at the other end of the studio, where exposed brick walls promise a more neutral confine. Cute childlike mural aside, the front half of the space does benefit from sliding glass doors, which permit airing out between classes. Furthermore, students (primarily female) who choose the rural over the raw get the added perk of natural light--weather permitting. The ServicesThis studio's strength is the diversity of its programming, which embraces many traditional practices like Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Iyengar, as well as more modern variations like Slow Flow and Power Yoga. Classes, which run continuously throughout the day, also include Pilates and even Yogilates.
