Great service 2/22/2009

I recently got a frame done here for one of my movie posters and they were very professional and helpful in helping me select my mat and frame at an immensely reasonable price. I'm very picky and they were very patient with me, especially the woman who works there. I would definitely suggest going there if you're in the area and looking for affordable yet wonderful framing. Thank you so much for your hard work. Pros: Nice salesperson, affordable costs more

My secret Santa 12/25/2008

I had a picture to be framed for my daughter as a Christmas present on december 21 . I was turned down by two other framing shops in West Village area, lucky enough for me and my daughter i went to Paint box 2 and they got the job done for me on time for Christmas .I just wanted to thank my Secret Santa at Paint Box Gallery . Great customer service, best value in town, Save $$ and time. 12/25/2008

A few weeks ago I took a valuable print to be framed. I had met a gentlemen at the paint box 2; who was very professional and very friendly. He helped me design beautiful framing job for my print. As a result I have a beautiful frame to look at arround my print at half the cost of the other galleries in the neighberhood. Pros: Excellent attention to details. more

Poor quality service 3/8/2008

A very bad experience - quality of workmanship is awful. No attention to detail. Combined with a lack of customer service makes this a place I will never go back to. I rejected the pieces they did for me and got a refund. more

Sorry it's late, with a smile 3/21/2005

I brought something in on a Sunday to be framed, and the smiling framing guy said no problem, it would be ready the following Sunday. So I went to pick it up, and he was not there--some woman said the frame did not come, and it would be late. Then I went back on Monday, and smiling guy told me that it was late because he did not work on Sundays (except for the first Sunday, I guess). While he waited on me, he was on the phone with his mom, and just gave me the frame and told me sorry. Am I too demanding? I like people to do what they say they are going to do, and I don't consider smiling an excuse. Cons: Customer service, Late delivery more
