Same day service?! Open until 7pm? They are open indeed until 7pm but that's all there is to it -literally just open. I don't know about other people but as a customer, I'd expect that if someone claims same day service, I should get REAL service. Once their technician leaves at 5pm, no one can check your computer out and give you a diagnosis and estimate. After 5 pm, all you will find are people who will ask you to fill in a form and who expect you to leave your computer with strangers, just like that. Surely I don't expect them to fix my computer immediately but at least check it out first before asking the customer to leave her valuable property. And they had the nerve to blame me for coming in after 5pm?? Then I suggest they don't open until 7pm!
