Mitzu Hair

My husband and I have been clients of Mitzu's for many, many years. He's not just an excellent hair stylist and colorist, but a man who has innate sense of how to make the best of each of his client's unique features. He realized early on that, despite my romantic hope for long, wavy, tresses, my thin hair looked best cut-short in a kind of pixie-style. I can't tell you how many people ? many complete strangers ? have stopped me over the years to ask me where I had my hair styled. As I grew older, Mitzu suggested highlights which have helped to liven up my look ? and perhaps make me appear a bit younger. Mitzu's also terrific with his male clients. I had my hair done by Mitzu and he has made my hair look beautiful time and time again. My individual hair cut makes everyone ask me where I had my hair done, and I can happily tell them that I get it done in New York City by this fabulous Japanese man. Mitzu has a loyal following, and everyone we bring to him loves him, too. His cuts are stylish and workable without being slavish to the latest fads, and he is excellent at recommending and achieving just the right color.
