Came here with a group of 12 for a Superbowl party. I'm a huge Steelers fan (sucks they lost), so I was really excited for the game. We had a hot waitress who got us a few round...

Worst

The place is fun, good music, a lot of room to dance. However, the bartenders are horrible. They would make our drinks, charge us a certain amount and after they took our money ...

music is fantastic 11/10/2010

The music was fantastic and while the song is playing so is the music video on one side of the club wall. I was very impressed and I don't think I stopped dancing the entire night. The space is huge which is a plus - even when it gets crowded! more

I have been to M1-5 several times now and still can't believe how cavernous this place is. Drinks are at bargain prices for the area-they have my favorate-Leffe on tap for $4-5. Its a good place to head after work to shoot some pool or play darts and they have a kickass jukebox to boot. This one appears to be a keeper. more

Happy hour can't be beat 10/26/2010

This place has been part of my weekend ritual for close to 8 years...it is always fun, always good drinks, always good service. Anytime someone from out of town joins me there, memories are made and even years later conversations like: "...do you remember the night you that place you took me to in Tribeca..." All around goodnes here people!! Happy hour can't be beat, and if you want to roll out with a crew and enjoy very fairly priced and unpretentious bottle-service you can't find a better deal in the city unless you know the owner or bartender... more

    Lofty ceilings accentuate the lavish, red-drenched walls, but the jukebox, pool table and dartboard maintain M1-5's neighborhood tavern vibe. The cryptic name refers to the bar's zoning code. In the 1960s, the city allowed artists to live in this light manufacturing district, given that they manufactured art. Fortunately for local artists, $5 beers and cheap drinks allow patrons to enjoy the elixir of inspiration at a fair rate.
