Fabulous, inexpensive haircut 6/18/2008

After seeing the previous reviewer's bad review of the stylist Jacky, I wanted to write and say that I love Jacky. I have been going to him for a few years after my sister found out about him and introduced me to him. I have never been happier with my haircuts and the price here is much less expensive than the typical NYC salon. I always tell Jacky to just do whatever he wants, and he does, and it looks great. He also straightens my hair with a flat iron so it looks like Asian hair for a day or two, even though I have super-thick white girl hair normally. Pros: price, quality more

Hair Toto Group: One good stylist and one butcher 12/6/2006

Curly is wonderful, have had my haircut from him for almost 10 years. When he's not available, most other stylists are ok. however, WARNING: Jacky (new stylist) butchered my hair recently and I needed it to be fixed. When I went back, Curly was able to fix my hair but the salon made me pay for an additional hair cut. I will not be going back to this salon again due to bad customer service, though it breaks my heart because Curly is excellent. Turns out Jacky is not new after all, has been with Toto for years.
