Do NOT believe the hype about this salon. The colorist (Ann Marie) is a very dedicated and kind person -- and she took me in after my head was mis-colored by another salon and seemed to be very nurturing -- but she turned my head multiple streaks of different shades, which is the exact opposite of what I asked for, and then tried to fix it by turning it orange (which didn't help the streaks) then when I expressed concern because the color was not what I wanted and there were still streaks and no natural red tones I had asked for, she turned it more orange and fake looking -- actually a brassy carrot.... it looked awful and then she cut off the ends, in a rushed and haphazard manner, despite my saying I didn't want length removed and if she was gonna take anything off that it had to be done VERY carefully.... She worked for five hours, and then said I had to go home and come back.... And then the owner billed me over 600 dollars for work I was still questioning. Ann Marie was very nice while I was in the salon and said I should come back for more work and that she would help fix it and that I should call her, but when I contacted her later on she insulted me for wasting her staff's time. The salon staff is very kind, but it is way overpriced and hyped up and they act one way before you pay and another after -- she basically charged me through the roof for time Ann Marie spent making up for her own procedural errors. And they never advertised or discussed the price with me... I assumed it would be less because there website said the prices were in a range (and accept that I should have asked for confirmation -- but they should have been upfront as well). They left me with a brassy carrot badly shaped mess on my head that is so embarrassing that people laugh and I have been wearing a hat since... I am really concerned it will never look authentic again. It is truly awful. Do not go here.
