We bought a glass table a year ago. We realized that it had a bubble in the glass and reported it the morning after it was delivered. After a year of calling and talking to two different managers and finally to the person in charge of orders (Karina) they agreed to replace the top but we had to pay for the delivery. The table had full guarantee for a year, we didn't think correct to pay for a delivery of a replacement when we had reported the problem in time. The company's answer was that we couldn't expect them to work for nothing!!
