I finally decided on a Women's-Specific Specialized Dolce, which he customized with handlebars and a saddle to fit my size. He even added in free slim shims to reduce the reach on the break levers and gave me a lesson on how to use my new clipless pedals. And the bike came with a free, thorough bike-fitting and lifetime tune-ups. John's knowledge, patience, no-pressure attitude, and attention to detail are second to none. During the time I spent at the shop, it became apparent that the entire staff provided the same level of quality, personal attention to children and first-time riders as it did to seasoned cyclists.
