My first visit to the studio and it was the best experience I have ever had at a salon. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. And my hair looks fantastic! more

Very professional 3/27/2015

Fashion is a very good weavologist. Very nice. Clean shop. In and out of salon in 2 hours. She did and Excellent job. Would recommend her to anyone who wants a great weave and no drama. more

No longer a fan 3/20/2013

Fashion is a good hairstylist. However, it's extremely irritating to have to text message to book an appt. I literally had to wait a month to get to see her. In addition, i never receieve a text message in a respectable time period. its ususall a day or two AFTER i contact her and her schedule never works for me. She's good, but im less than impressed now. Besides, i have more than enough hair that whoever does it will do a good job of making it look natural. more

Finally got an appointment in with Fashion so now I can write a review 1/17/2013

I've been trying to get Fashion to do my hair for several months because, I read all of her positive reviews. It's a good sign because a good hair stylist should always be booked! I finally got my hair done at the NYC weave studio and let me say that I wasn't disappointed and it was well worth the wait! First off the customer service was impeccable she waited for me even though I was late, she made me feel very comfortable, and she gave me very valuable tips. But let's get down to the hair she does exactly what she advertises. She promises to do you hair within 2hrs and she did just that I was there by 4:45 and out by 6:45. She promises to give you a flat weave and low and behold I got exactly that. Most importantly she curled and styled my hair without charging me any extra "hidden" fees. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get a weave. You must book in advance but hey would you rather go to a shitty stylist last minute or wait for a good one? more

AMAZING!!!!!! 8/3/2012

I like to consider myself a weave expert, but after visiting Fashion I'm convinced that I need a little schooling. My experience was amazing before she started my hair she gave me advice on how to get my natural hair back to a healthy state then she went over step by step on how to keep my weave looking amazing and my hair looks like its coming out of my scalp. She's very personable and bases her work on being the "weaveologist" and not just getting paid. I highly recommend this stylist more
