I am a frequent spa goer (at least once or twice a month) and it was my first time visited Banyan Citi Spa. I found them on the spa week website and I am so glad that I picked them. The spa was a little busy on the day I visit (hey, it's spa week, everyone is taking advantage of it), but the receptionists were very polite and sweet and I waited may be or less than 5-10 minutes. The facility is very beautiful and clean.
I had facial and massage, which are TOTALLY AMAZING.... Words are not good enough to describe this experience. The Thai massage was a little different than the normal ones (I was not wearing pajamas), which my technician explained to me before it was because they had to rub a warm and wet Asian medicine ball on me in order for my muscle to relax even further more (I love it and did not care about not wearing a pajamas). My god, I have never felt so good in my life. After the massage, I had my facial in the same room (the receptionist suggested me to get my massage before my facial), I had a Esthetician who is so gentle. While I was steaming my face, the esthetican unexpectly gave me a wonderful shoulder and hands massage. The extraction was not pain at all and I felt every single one of my pores are clean after the facial. I swear those little fine lines on my forehead disapeared also. I still can not believe I only spent $104 (including tax) for TWO of those wonderful treatments.
Before I leave the spa, I brought huge amount of Gift Cards, which I can use them within 6 months period for the same Spa Week treatments. In addition, my friends and relatives will appreciate so much if I give some of my gift cards to them for the holidays (I might keep them all tough).
I highly recommend this spa, because it's truly one of the best spa I have ever been to in my life time (Well, maybe the Mandarin Hotel Spa in Bangkok, Thailand is the best & Banyan Citi Spa is the second best).
Pros: Clean, Atmosphere, Sweet Staff
Cons: Hard to get appointment
