good but not the best 8/18/2005

I've developed my film here for the past 4 years and have stuck it out despite a few annoying hassles. The good: their prices are great; printing quality is good. The bad: some staff are very unfriendly; they have mistaken a few orders (enlargements, especially) which they fixed free of charge. more
