1 Hour Computer Support

My dell laptop wouldn't turn on. I went to 1hr support. As it turned out, the motherboard was bad. On their recommendation, I bought a new dell xps laptop. 1hr support recover all my data from my old laptop and transferred it to my new laptop. They also customized the new laptop with all my personal programs and settings. Pros: wonder service more

My laptop was having trouble connecting to the internet. I called 1 hour support and did a "remote help" session. Basically, the tech guy helped me connect my laptop to the internet over the phone. It was great, it took about 10 minutes!!! Pros: fast service more

I was looking for a computer repair company in nyc experienced in data recovery and most of what I was finding was for companies that do networking, computer repair, laptop repair, computer hardware repair, ect... and then I finally found 1 Hour Support and they fixed my laptop promblem by reinstalling Windows.. great!!! First, I have never heard of anyone giving you free messenger service to get your laptop to them. The guy was here in like half hour. The laptop was back the next day, and it is very fast. They Vista to Xp downgrade is the best thing! My computer is so much faster. Pros: remote support more

I bought the lg prada phone (unlocked). The phone works beautifully but I was having problems connecting to the internet. I went to the cell phone store and they were not able to help me. I called my service provider and the LG. They couldn?t fix the problem. I was so upset. I just spent $500 on the phone. I called 1 hr support, dropped off my cell phone and David the technician, had it fixed in 15mins! He?s amazing! I will recommend 1 hr support to everyone I know. My computer had literally become paralyzed with spyware, adware & other pests and viruses. I called 1 HOUR Support & received a phone consultation. A technician was dispatched to my apartment according to my schedule, & he spent almost 2 hours attempting to fix the problem. When it became apparent they would need to completely reinstall windows, I was not charged for the time he had already spent, but rather was charged a very reasonable flat fee for the entire job. Again, working within MY schedule, the technician was willing to take my computer home with him to repair it. He returned it the next morning & made sure the computer was running perfectly. To sum up, all of the people I have dealt with at this company have been extremely professional, patient and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services to anyone having a problem with their computer! more
