My massage at Greenhouse Holistic, given by the owner, David Greenhouse, a graduate of the Swedish Institute for Massage Therapy, was everything that a theraputic massage should be (and I'm sure his other therapists are just as good!).
As a first time client the intake was thorough and professional and put me at ease. The massage was great, not only relaxing, but actually theraputic in that he identified my problem areas and gave them special attention. The incorporation of hot stones was a nice touch, and I walked out feeling like I'd done something good for myself both mentally AND physically. I was also impressed at the check-in after the massage was over.
I don't remember the prices off hand, but they were well within range for a massage, as are prices for other kinds of massage including Reiki and Shiatsu treatments.

They also recently installed a sauna which you can try per session or buy a multi-session card for to save a couple bucks (there's also a discount if you do a sauna session in conjunction with a class).
