I went to every Hyundai dealer in the Tri-state and I got LOW Balled by everyone, Manfredi, Scamsone, Plaza and I finaly went to Giuffre Hyundai. It was the best Hyundai dealer by far. I had a great salesman and the Managers was qa pleasant to buy from.
I wish all dealer's was as nice friendly and up front like Giuffre is. Service is excellent and you get a loaner car If you need to leave your car for service. If you need a great salesman see Freddy at Giuffre Hyundai. Giuffre is the BEST Thank you

Best salesman and there are #1, Scott B and Peter Belina were friendly and nicest guys. I will always buy from them and my family as well. Manfredi, Plaza and Scamsone do a low ball of doing buisness just so you can return with a fake number, after signing then you see the real CR*P fees they charge. At least Giuffre is honest at what they do. THANK YOU Giuffre

purchased 2009 Honda Accord EX-L from Plaza Honda on 02/16/2009. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences that I have had when purchasing a new car.The sales associate, David Petri, was patient and provided me with all the details I needed and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly located the EX-L and the exact color I wanted. Considering other Honda dealerships that I contacted lied to get me to visit their dealerships hoping to change my mind on the model i wanted and the color. David Petri did not pressure me and told me to take my time when deciding. He even encouraged me not to rush into the purchase until i felt confident. Dave Petri wanted me to call other dealerships before i purchasing from Plaza Honda. Taking the advice of Mr. Petri's, I decided to think it over and call other dealerships once more so i could compare prices and not one came close to what Plaza Honda offered. The next day, feeling confident after doing more research, I went back to Plaza Honda to purchase the 2009 Honda Accord EX-L. The whole process took about an hour and I even opened a Plaza Auto Mall credit card so I could upgrade on accessories that i wanted but didn't want to add to my final loan. David Petri explained that by opening a Plaza Auto Mall Credit Card, I would have 6 months to pay off the amount without having to pay interest on the total amount of the car loan, which brought my monthly payments down a great deal. It has been close to six months since my purchase and I have paid my Plaza Auto Mall Credit Card off completed without interest as promised and now realizing that was the best decision i could have made. Plaza Honda changed my entire outlook on shopping for a new car. I have recommended Plaza Honda to a couple of relatives and to a dear close friend and all three purchased a car without a problem. Thank You, Plaza Honda, for treating my family and friend like a valued customer.

I just recently used my Plaza Auto Mall Credit Card to purchase rims for my son's birthday. Also, my husband was finally able to get some much needed maintenance on his car without having to pay with cash.

When I went to buy a car here. I decided to test drive the new car. The dealer gave me no problem. Maybe because they did a credit check. I returned the car with no problem. I would reccommend this dealership to anyone. They trust you fully with their automobiles. They also only need ten percent down instead of fifteen percent down.

We were really up front with these guys, telling them that we'd just started our research and wanted to test drive the model we thought suited us. Our sales rep was respectful and answered all of our questions. We didn't even get close to negotiating on price, so we're not sure how they manage that aspect of the transaction. So far so good. We did over-hear some sales conversations that were a bit pushy, but nothing more than you'd expect when negotiating with a car dealer.
Pros: Respectful, attentive

Mechanics there are train idiot. I went in to have the same problem fix twice 2 year about but mechanic insist on following what ever the diagnostic computer tell them, the same fail step they did the last time - replace spark plugs, don't work, replace ignition wire, don't work, replace fuel injection - would have cost me $2000 if was still under warrantee, till they end up with the same solution, replace both O2 sensors which cost me $400. I tell them what they did last time and what work but they insist they have do whatever the diagnostic code tell them.
Have them replace an in operative sunroof last year, use it no more then 10 time, to find out this summer that it don't close, end up fixing it myself.
Mechanic have no understanding of diagnostic - if I want to replace every parts till it work I could done them myself.
Repair Rep. try to use scare tactic to get my to replace my timing but at $600. Schedule say at 105K.
Expensive. Have no confident in they work or recommendation. Would not recommend to a friend.

To me a truly good dealership is one that always goes out of its way to make every single customer feel important and these guys took my Altima in off tow when it was disabled and fixed it for me in a rush on a Friday afternoon despite my having purchased the car from another dealer in NYC. I was impressed with their concern for me , the Nissan owner, knowing I didnt buy from them and likely wont anytime soon since my car is a late model one but guess who gets my next purchase consideration?
PROS: serves anyone well
CONS: limited parking in area
