Here's a Vietnamese restaurant that everyone, or almost everyone in Philadelphia who eat Vietnamese food have heard of. The place has been written up multiple times locally and nationally. And as such, they've done an overhaul of the place and renovated the space a few years back, and the restaurant has a hip ambiance. The food is still the same good eat, except maybe a little bit more expensive. Try any of their rice noodle soups (pho), or dry rice noodles, plus other yummy appetizers, and drinks.
