I walked by and decided to check out this shop. I was treated well and respected. After several months of on-off searching, they found me a three families house in Sheephead Bay. The seller was very difficult to deal with but the agent was very patient and handle the matter well. I am happy with their service. more

You'll find this place near a pharmacy. I went in there one day to check out what they have, and they had a lot of houses for sale, but not too many rentals. They had large or small houses, ranging from the 280k and more range. More for the larger houses of course. They couldn't speak english that well (or it was just ok), but they do speak chinese better. I'd definitely ask them to show you around the places they do have, especially if you're looking for a house around bensonhurst or dyker heights. The office is small, and there's always a secretary there to help you find your realtor. I believe they do credit checks and also can help with mortgages though, or at least help you find one. I'd check them out and see if they have any things that interest you. Otherwise, you can always look elsewhere. I'd rate them on the good side. They really seemd interested to show the places that they had. more

I was interested in seeing if houses were up for sale around my neighborhood under 600K. As I passed this Realtor I decided to go in and ask. He immediately found a single family brick house for 500K around the block from mine. I was amazed since online searching didn't reveal such a great bargain. But because of loan problems I didn't end up buying it. But the service he gave me was good. He also discussed with me the process of buying a new home in detail. I now know the process clearly thanks to Bing Realty. more
