You'll find this place near a pharmacy. I went in there one day to check out what they have, and they had a lot of houses for sale, but not too many rentals. They had large or small houses, ranging from the 280k and more range. More for the larger houses of course. They couldn't speak english that well (or it was just ok), but they do speak chinese better. I'd definitely ask them to show you around the places they do have, especially if you're looking for a house around bensonhurst or dyker heights. The office is small, and there's always a secretary there to help you find your realtor. I believe they do credit checks and also can help with mortgages though, or at least help you find one. I'd check them out and see if they have any things that interest you. Otherwise, you can always look elsewhere. I'd rate them on the good side. They really seemd interested to show the places that they had.
