Driver lied about where their holding facility was (told us it was the Service King just up the street) and said since it was so close it would be free of charge. What he meant to say was "your insurance should pick up the bill IF they cover towing". Service King was not their holding facility. Service King took over the bill for the tow, which was already ungodly high, and added on a 25% fee ontop of that. When I called the tow company in the morning to find out what the heck was going on, they could not find record of my tow at all. I gave the manager several chances to get back with me, and he simply ignored me. These people are scamming scum. Bedford police will call these people if you ask for a tow. BEWARE! This company is called B&B Wrecker, but their invoices are labeled as Euless Wrecker Service. There is not a shred of transparency or honesty with this company. My 3 block tow charge was 220$. My friend locked her keys in her truck and we called B&B to come help pop the lock or tow it to her dad's. We called them about 8 pm and they didn't show up until 9:15pm. They even called us back on our cell phone three times for directions- you would think tow truck drivers would know directions especially since we were in a very well known area of the city. They did come out and pop the locks very quickly once they got there and found us. But the price was very high and the driver was somewhat rude. more
