hi i love court street it has restaurants ,schools,grocerys everything u would want and its a really nice neighb orhood and ahmed worked really well with me and he understood wat i was looking for in an apartment and was patient and i got an apartment as soon as possible .i mean if ur an impossible person noone can work with you right? heat always on unless the oil company didnt come and ahemd called them so its their fault for not making it and when i do have a problem i just call and it gets solved thats about it more

Think twice before you rent... 12/18/2008

Call HPD and get their long list of violations before renting from Ahmed so you know what you're getting into. In our building we've faced: A hot water boiler that breaks down at least every two weeks in the winter. No heat or water one day out of every 12. A year without an lockable front door to our buidling. Safety and fire code violations in the common areas. No show exterminator, pest control and super. In summary: slumlord tactics with yuppie prices. Look for another landlord! more
