In our building we've faced:
A hot water boiler that breaks down at least every two weeks in the winter. No heat or water one day out of every 12.
A year without an lockable front door to our buidling.
Safety and fire code violations in the common areas.
No show exterminator, pest control and super.
In summary: slumlord tactics with yuppie prices.
Look for another landlord!
