Beware! I used Big John's twice in the past and was quite happy with them, but recently received an estimate from them that was 33% higher than 1 year ago for moving the exact same amount of stuff and for a shorter distance. The estimator was extremely rude and abrasive towards me. I had to call them 6 times to get a return call after the estimate at which time I spoke with Big John himself only to have him defend his estimator and estimate and basically tell me he didn't need or want my business. Very arrogant and cocky.
