Upon reading the mixed reviews on Google, I was hesitant in visiting this dealership, but I would like to set the record straight for all those who were misguided as I was. MB located on Park Avenue was the best experience I've ever had. The honest sales team is willing to work with your situation and do ANYTHING within their capability to make you happy with a brand new Mercedes-Benz. I was in a difficult situation with my credit, I wasn't even able to lease an Infiniti, however I worked with Danny Seigel (Sales Manager) and he did anything and everything to get me a Mercedes with the terms I was looking for. When I went to pick up the car I was 2 hours late due to traffic however everyone was there to greet me and ensure I was receiving the MB Legacy of customer service. Satisfied is an understatement, I have created lifelong relations with both Danny and Gary (Sales Representative). They are an incredible team and I am nothing but honored to become a new life-long client!
