I am from out of town. I received a pair of shoes as a gift and they did not fit. I called the manager Eric and explained my dilemma. He told me to come up to nyc and I could exchange them for another pair. He was very nice on the phone, but when I got there they turned me away because my friend had not purchased them from a christian louboutin store.thank you for telling me that AFTER I traveled up here on the train. They weren't even nice about it. The staff was so rude about it. Everyone there has a very snooty air. Spend your time and money elsewhere.
