I took my truck in to have the tires balanced and rotated and to have the engine checked for the rough idle. I returned 10 hours later and the wheels had not even been put back on the truck, they lost my paperwork (how do you do that?) and had not even begun to look at the engine. 10 hours. This is my second bad experience with them. Never going back there again. If there was a negative star rating they would get it.
